NEW GENERAL MANAGER

Renee Loftus was hired to help the radio station run smoother, by tending to the day to day business that our faculty advisor is too busy to attend to himself. This will lead to some possitive changes in the station as attempts are made to improve its overall quality.

WHOLE NEW STAFF AT WCLH

With the exception of the Jesse, the Webmaster/Metal Director, everyone else on the WCLH Executive Staff has graduated. So we had to fill some positions:
Dennis Beishl - General Manager
Jill Ford - Music Director
Scott Ferguson - Production/Promo Manager
Adam Skuba - Public Relations/Underwriter
Brian Moore - Sports Director
(As soon as I figure out how to spell their last names I'll be sure to add them.)

Mark Stine is still the Faculty Advisor, and Bob Reite of course will continue to be our McGiver... I mean Engineer.

WCLH.ORG IS LAUNCHED

We have registered a second domain for our radio station! Now you can get to our site with either WCLH.net or WCLH.org!

VOTED BEST COLLEGE RADIO STATION IN NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA

The readers of the Electric City voted us the Best College Radio Station in Northestern Pennsylvania! Station Manager Cory Rosenberger, Music Director Justin D'Angelo, and METAL Director/Web Admin Leroy Mrozowski accepted the award at the Scranton Cultural Center on November 8, 2001. ONLINE DJ SYSTEM GOES LIVE

No more outdated DJ information and Air Schedules. DJs now have full control over maintaining thier DJ information and show information. This system was designed by our METAL Director/Web Admin Leroy Mrozowski.

NEW WEBSERVER FOR WCLH.NET

The new faster webserver went live April 21, 2001. We needed to upgrade it with hopes of actually getting a web cam in the studio.

WCLH.NET CHAT SERVER GOES LIVE

The moment you have all been waiting for has now arrived!! The WCLH.net Chat Server went live Monday, March 5, 2001. All listeners of WCLH with access to the Interenet can now chat on WCLH.net to discuss their favorite bands, their favorite DJs, and much much more. All you have to do is click on the Chat menu item on our web site or use your favorite IRC chat client.
